Turnaround:
All orders are shipped the next business day and no later than 3 working days of receipt Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Orders recieved between 4pm - 5pm on Friday are due for processing by the next Monday of the week

All orders to USA are flat rate shipping for $9.95
All international orders are flat rate shipping for $39.00
Return Policy
Rubystar sets strict quality control rules to ensure the items shipped are as described. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from your order delivery date to contact us to make a return .No refund is honored after the return grace period is expired. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
